Initial Pelvic Health Appointment (60 minutes)
This appointment will give us the time to do a thorough assessment and create a treatment plan based on the issues discussed and assessment findings. Private: $150 ACC: $90* Follow Up Pelvic Health Appointment (30 minutes)
This appointment includes reassessment and review of treatment effectiveness and ongoing plan. Private: $80 ACC: $50* Pelvic Health Telehealth Appointment (30minutes)
If you are unable to be seen in clinic, or are unsure if you need to be seen in person, telehealth appointments are available. A telehealth appointment includes a thorough discussion regarding your current issues, management strategies you can implement on your own and a treatment plan. Private: $60 |
