Tara Macdonald
Musculoskeletal and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
(BPhty, PG Cert Rehab)
Tara is our clinic director and senior Physiotherapist. She is very passionate about keeping you moving, and not letting injuries hold you back from doing what you love.

Tara graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelors of Physiotherapy in 2016, completed her Post-Graduate Certificate in Rehabilitation in 2019, and has also done further study in Pelvic Health, Dry Needling and Manual Therapy techniques.

Tara is dedicated to giving you the skills and knowledge you need to manage whatever issue you may be facing, and help you overcome any barriers to your recovery. 

Henry Moir
Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
(BPhty)
Henry has joined our team in 2026. He is a lifetime sportsman with experience across a range of fields and is passionate about helping athletes, workers, and everyday clients return to pain-free movement. Henry prides himself on delivering active, gym-based rehabilitation tailored to suit each individual’s goals and lifestyle.

Henry graduated from the University of Otago in 2024 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. He has experience with a range of manual therapy techniques and has a strong interest in educating clients and giving them the tools to manage their injuries and prevent future issues.
